Contributed to a field experiment studying female employment and firm hiring behaviour in Pakistan. Supported data analysis and survey design exploring whether temporary wage subsidies can increase female employment in male-dominated firms and influence employer attitudes toward hiring women. - Senior Research Assistant, Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) (2020)
Worked as part of the Job Talash Project research team examining how labour market interventions improve job search processes for low-income jobseekers in Lahore.
